From time to time R Crosbie and Associates are contacted to assist clients with the identification of specific building defects and thereafter are generally requested to provide advice as to how best to remedy the cause of the defects. From time to time we are also asked to assist our clients legal advisers in determining whether the cause of the defect is design or construction related.
Most recently we assisted one of our clients with the identification of defects within a hotel basement which caused the finishes within the basement to become moisture saturated.
