Case Study 3
Our clients, Chris and Marcella Jackson, approached R. Crosbie and Associates to assist them with the design and project management of a new build piano showroom at Ballynalour, Carlow.
The showroom was constructed adjacent to their current residential dwelling house on a green field site. The 3,500 sq. ft. building was commenced in late September and was practically complete in late December. The open plan layout at ground and first floors was required to facilitate the variety of pianos stored at the premises for sale and re-tuning purposes. An integral part of the design was the hoisting system which lifts pianos internally from ground to first floor level.
