R Crosbie and Associates were retained by the owner of Borris Lodge Nursing Home to carry out a review of the existing premises, provide commentary in relation to his requirements to upgrade this premises. Oversee the works and sign off the works on completion confirming compliance with the requirements of the Fire Cert and Part B of the Building Regulation had been met on completion of the works.
