R Crosbie and Associated assisted large Main Contracting organisations with the preparation of photographic dilapidation surveys of premises which surround large urban regeneration projects.
The scope of our services may vary depending on the specifics of each project, however, generally we are requested to prepare detailed photographic surveys of residential/commercial premises which adjoin redevelopment sites. Other urban entities can also form part of the survey such as streets, river banks, old city walls and castles.
Recently R Crosbie and Associates have assisted PJ Hegarty & Co Ltd on a mixed use development at Railway Square in Waterford City, John Sisk and Son Ltd with the preparation of photographic schedule of dilapidations of the interior of Wyatt Medical, Clonmel and also a demolition and reconstruction project of a city centre premises at William Street, Kilkenny City. We have also assisted Waterford based civil engineering contractor Tony Kirwan in surveying premises which were located adjacent to the Clonmel Embankment project (redirection of a river through Clonmel) and also the survey of premises located either side of the realignment of Williamstown Road in Waterford City.
