R Crosbie and Associates provide a range of construction consultancy advice to Tottenham Estates in New Ross to ensure the efficient management of their property portfolio.  As part of the service we provide project management and cost control on commercial refurbishment and new build projects.

 

Most recently we have been appointed to assist with the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for a number of their refurbishment and new build projects to test the market place for value.  Thereafter we are employed to project manage the works to ensure each project is completed within time and on budget. 

 

Our refined cost control expertise offers our client certainty at the outset of each project that there allocated budget will not be exceeded.
