R Crosbie and Associates was set up in February 2002 by Chartered Building Surveyor, Rory Crosbie ASCS MRICS, to develop a professional consultancy firm offering professional skills and intellect to clients associated with property.

 

Our firm is constantly growing because we are able to offer to our clients a large range of construction consultancy services in a prompt professional manner. 

 

The training and experience gained during our many years of practice ensure we understand:

• property and the legislation governing it
• the markets trading it
• the services supporting it
• the economics of property
• all issues associated with acquiring, managing, developing and trading property
