Planning & Design

R Crosbie and Associates have been appointed to assist in the preparation of planning applications for a number of one off residential dwelling houses.  A key to this aspect of our service provision is the development with the client of a clear brief of each separate instruction.

 

Scheme proposals including design options are developed for client approval.  Once the scheme proposals have been agreed with the client the drawings are developed to planning drawing stage ready for submission as part of the particulars to be lodged with a planning application.
