From time to time clients approach R Crosbie and Associates with designs which have obtained planning permission with a view to developing the designs to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and also ensure that the design passed to the contractor chosen to construct the works is buildable. 

 

R Crosbie and Associates develop such designs to ensure any structural design issues are identified and actioned, interior design elements are reviewed and developed and more recently sustainable issues are implemented into the design of the dwelling. 

 

Such a service was provided to one of our clients who constructed an energy efficient dwelling prior to the introduction of BER classifications.
