We have assisted numerous clients with the design and project management of the construction of large and small extensions to their dwellings since the practice was established.
We can give advice as to whether your proposed extension is exempt from the planning approval process. If planning is required we can assist with the preparation of detailed planning applications for approval.
To date we have assisted many clients in the procurement of their extensions ranging in size from 20 msq. up to 2,500 msq. Our ability to take the project from inception to completion ensures you the client that cost and delivery dates are considered as well as design issues.

Our client approached us to assist him with the design of a new extension to an existing dwelling house. We were also appointed to assist him with obtaining retention permission for a small extension constructed to the side of the dwelling house and also to apply for change of use for a small outbuilding connected to the dwelling which had been converted into residential accommodation. |
