Our client approached us to assist him with the design of a new extension to an existing dwelling house. We were also appointed to assist him with obtaining retention permission for a small extension constructed to the side of the dwelling house and also to apply for change of use for a small outbuilding connected to the dwelling which had been converted into residential accommodation.
