Pat Culleton, Senior Building Surveyor
Having graduated as a Building Surveyor from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 1997, Pat went to the United States to work as a Site Engineer where he was involved in completing residential projects in Long Island, New York.
When Pat returned to Ireland in 1999, he took up a position as a Building Surveyor with Circo Services Ireland Ltd, a company providing services to IBM and AnPost where he spent a year working on the IBM campus in Mulhullard.
In April 2000, Pat then joined OLM Consultancy Chartered Building Surveyors where he gained valuable experience in core building surveying services, fire safety consultancy, health and safety consultancy, and planning.
Pat joined R Crosbie and Associates in October 2007 as a Senior Building Surveyor. Pat works on a variety of projects providing services including project management, contract administration, building design and planning, core building surveying services, and fire safety consultancy.
Pat will sit his Society of Chartered Surveyors Chartership Exams in October 2008 with a view to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
